The Shreveport River Front is an interesting mix of nature and architecture. It is a place to walk, just relax, or play in the fountains. River View Park was named one of the top 10 riverfronts in the South by Southern Business & Development Magazine. But while the view from this particular angle takes it all in, there is a surreal quality to it. Can you tell that the image has been mirrored horizontally?

In this image, I was attempting to capture a reflection of the “world” through the glass of the Majestic Theater. Just as the shutter snapped, a sinister looking shadow crossed through the field to add counterpoint to the image already present.
